Call Log shows the right contact name
When a call comes from a second contact at an account, the Call Log now names that contact instead of the account's primary contact. Your call records are now accurate.
Every change to Holtt, by day.
90 days · 500 changes · busiest day Aug 26
When a call comes from a second contact at an account, the Call Log now names that contact instead of the account's primary contact. Your call records are now accurate.
The Broadcasts results screen now shows only the delivered, opened and clicked card. You see the numbers that tell you how your message landed without extra charts that don't help.
Your first-48-hours chart now shows opens and clicks from the current hour as they happen, not just completed hours. You see your broadcast's performance in real time.
Opens counted in your broadcast reports now exclude automatic image loads from Gmail and other scanners. Your open rate shows real people who opened your email, not just their email client loading images.
You can now use the in-app assistant to create audiences, send broadcasts, and set up automations for specific dates or repeating schedules. The assistant guides you through each step and asks for approval before sending anything. If something goes wrong, it tells you exactly where to fix it, like adding a mailing address in Settings or a phone number in the CRM.
Automations moved out of CRM into their own sidebar item. You can now run automations on a specific date or repeat them weekly, monthly, or yearly. Each run starts everyone who matches your audience filters at that moment, and the system checks those filters again before every email and text.
When someone reacts to your text with an emoji or tapback on iPhone, it now shows as a badge on that message instead of reopening the conversation. The landing page display is redesigned to fit better on your phone screen and shows the full path when you hover over it.
You can now create broadcasts that go out by email or text to your audiences. An AI writer helps you build emails with images, buttons, and formatting. Schedule broadcasts for later and edit them until they send. Track opens, clicks, and results in real time.
The Tracking Numbers screen is now called Call Tracking and shows your answered and missed calls with a running total chart instead of earnings. You can see which number replaces another in your setup, and the area code switch locks when all numbers share one code. Deleting a tracked number now clearly warns you that past calls stay in your call log.
You can now write a note for the tech on each task in a job, separate from the job's overall note. Your crew sees the task note in the field app under "For this task", and every tech note records which task it was written on so you know what work it refers to.
You can now save a task without picking a technician, so you can book return trips before you know who is free. The task shows on your schedule and map, and your crew sees it in the field app once they are assigned to it.
When a job has multiple tasks, your crew now completes only their own work. The office closes the entire job once all tasks are done, so customers do not get review requests while other work is still open. The crew sees a message in the field app that you will close the job.
You can now play recorded calls directly in your deal's activity feed. Each call shows what happened in plain words, like "Left voicemail" or "Missed", and displays the AI summary of what was said. No more guessing what happened on a call.
Each task now has its own switch to turn customer notifications on or off. Your crew can see and flip the switch right in the field app, so you stop texting customers about tasks they don't need to know about.
The Schedule week grid no longer draws a bar connecting a job to its tasks across multiple days. Each job and task now shows only on the day it's scheduled, making the calendar clearer and easier to read.
When you turn off customer notifications for a job, your automations now respect that choice. Reminders and follow-up messages won't go out, but messages to your staff and to-dos still run as normal.
You can now run a report on the Calls screen that breaks down your inbound calls by whether they were answered or missed, grouped by month. Click any missed calls number to jump to the Call Log filtered to those calls. This helps you spot patterns in which calls you're picking up.
You can now merge deals across accounts and statuses. Before, the app blocked merges if the deals were on different accounts or both closed. This helps when a customer contacts you from multiple phone numbers and you end up with duplicate deal cards that need to combine into one.
The app now uses one consistent scrollbar style across all screens that automatically matches your device. On Mac it appears only while scrolling. On Windows or with a mouse set to always show scrollbars, it stays visible. This removes the different scrollbar styles that appeared in different parts of the app.
Each line on an invoice now records which job visit added it, so you can see the date the work was done without typing it into notes by hand. The invoice groups lines by visit, and your customer sees the visit dates on the invoice, PDF, and email. Your crew can price a job from their own visit even while the job is still scheduled.
The red line showing the current time on your Schedule now moves every minute instead of staying frozen until you reload the page. The time label updates with it so you always see where you are in the day.
Managers with Reports access can now write descriptions when generating reports in the Reports screen, just like Owners and Admins. This gives your team more flexibility in how you organize and document your business reports.
When your crew calls customers from your business numbers, those calls are now registered with the major carriers so they display as legitimate calls instead of potential spam. This means customers are more likely to answer when you call.
Wait steps in automations now appear as their own pill between messages, making them easier to see and edit. Email previews now look like actual emails so you can see exactly how they will appear to customers before you send them.
Your Notifications page is now organized by day, with a cleaner layout that highlights important details like names and amounts in bold. A new filter panel lets you focus on specific notification types, and notification settings moved to a dedicated dialog.
When the AI books a visit from an answered call, it now creates the job as proposed instead of immediately scheduling it and texting the customer. You see the job in your Schedule with an "Added a job to confirm" line and can Confirm or Discard it before the customer gets notified. Confirm sends the confirmation and moves the job to Booked. Discard cancels it with no message to the customer.
Your crew can now write a quote from a job in the field app, add price-book lines, typed lines, price ranges, and photos. They send it by email or text, edit and resend it after the customer asks for changes, and add an approved quote to today's bill once the job starts. Each range line needs a final price inside what the customer approved.
When someone on your team is already on a call, they no longer get rung for a second inbound call at the same time. If everyone in a ring group is busy, the call skips to the next step or goes to voicemail. This stops your crew from getting interrupted mid-call.
The payment receipt email now has a View invoice button that opens the paid bill. The public invoice page is redesigned and shows the full bill under "Payment received" on phones. On desktop, the card form sits in the Pay card. On phones, Pay opens a bottom sheet with the card form.
Your crew's tips now display as whole points on the leaderboard and break-room TV, with no dollar signs. One point equals one dollar in tips. This makes it easier to post the leaderboard in your shop without showing exact money amounts.
Your softphone keypad now makes a beep sound every time you press a number, whether you are dialing or already on a call. This matches what you expect from a real phone and makes it easier to know your taps registered.
Your softphone now saves three more call outcomes: Left voicemail, Spam, and Lost. Spam marks the customer card as spam. Lost asks why and marks the card lost with that reason, just like marking lost in the deal window. The outcome saves even if there is no open card to move.
Managers can now read and edit the built-in customer messages on the Automations screen, instead of needing admin access to Settings. You can turn the messages on and off and change the wording without leaving Automations.
Each tech note on a job is now its own entry with the tech's name, photo and time, instead of one shared box. Notes appear newest first on the field app card. The office can see who wrote what and when, and techs can add notes without overwriting each other.
Your website now loads faster on mobile phones. We removed a font setting that was slowing down the first paint. Text appears right away in a fallback font and swaps to the custom font when it arrives.
Your website is now faster on desktop and passes accessibility and search engine checks. The hero photo loads sooner and in a smaller format. Text contrast is darker for easier reading, and the page structure is cleaner for screen readers and search engines.
When you send, resend, renew, or revise a quote, you can now choose whether it goes by email, text, or both. You can edit the message for that send only. If a customer has no email but agreed to texts, you can send them a quote by text alone.
When a customer texts you a photo, you can now add it to one of their jobs from your Inbox. The photos go into the job's More photos section so your crew can see them on site.
When a customer texts a photo to a deal, it now shows in the deal window's Activity. You can tap a photo to see it full screen and download it.
You can now merge one open deal into another deal on the same account. Everything moves over, the notes combine, and you can undo the merge with a single tap.
When someone left a callback number in a voicemail, it was hidden and you couldn't call them back. Now the number stays visible so you can reach them. Email addresses, card numbers and social security numbers stay hidden as before.
When you downloaded a job photo and tried to attach it to a text, the app refused it if the photo was saved as WebP. Now WebP photos work. The app converts them to JPEG before sending, just like other formats.
When someone called and you answered, the call showed up in your timeline but the Pipeline card still said not contacted. Now the call links to the card it created or matched, so you see the full picture of what happened.
The Pipeline search only looked at deal titles and account names, so searching for a city, address or phone number found nothing. Now search covers notes, contact names, phone numbers, emails, lead source and service address. A phone number search matches digits, so 0177 finds (555) 010-0177.
You see the login form right away instead of waiting for a loading spinner. Signed-in visitors skip the login page entirely and go straight to your dashboard or where you were headed. We also closed a security hole that could have sent you to a malicious website after signing in.
The assistant can now search your jobs again after a recent break. You can ask it to find jobs by type, like plumbing or electrical work, and it will understand what you mean. The job search in quick jump also matches job types now.
The phone field on quote forms now shows just 'Phone' instead of the longer label. Your phone number stays optional when you allow text messages, and the form still requires it if someone checks a text message box without entering a number.
You can now set a separate legal name to appear in your website footer's copyright line, separate from your brand name. This helps when your business operates under a DBA or different legal entity. Leave it blank and your brand name appears as before.
Phone numbers are now optional on your quote forms and exit popups until a visitor checks a text message box. When they do check one, they must add a phone number to receive those messages. Email stays required so you can always reach leads. This follows carrier rules for text message consent.
You can now add one to three text message consent checkboxes to your quote forms, exit popups, and contact forms. Visitors see them on every page where they enter a phone number. Turn it on in Settings and write your own labels and consent text. This helps you follow carrier rules when you text customers.
The Activity screen now shows an hourly chart of your team's actions, a search bar that finds customers and jobs, and one filter button. Each log entry is a short sentence that opens the record when you tap it. You can search and filter faster between jobs.
Quote forms now open in a dedicated window on desktop instead of a side panel, giving you more room to work. Your phone app stays the same.
You can now turn any built-in message on or off from the Automations screen. Before, only job notices had switches. Now all 28 messages, from quote sent to payment receipts, have a Text or Email toggle. This gives you full control over what your customers hear and when.
The Settings menu now shows your photo, name, and email at the top, with clearer options to switch between office and field view, change your appearance, and sign out. The app no longer flashes white when you reload if you use Ink mode.
The Leaderboard now works better on your phone, showing each tech's rating, review percentage, jobs, and tips on one line. Pick a month from the last three to see how your team performed. The board updates every 30 seconds so you see live changes without refreshing.
When someone calls your business line, your phone's call banner now shows the customer's name if they are in your contacts, or their phone number if they are not. You no longer see your own business line number on every incoming call.
You can now change which tech gets credit for a Google review on the Leaderboard. If the review came with a tip, the tip moves to the new tech. This helps you fix reviews that were credited to the wrong person.
The Assistant chat now shows customer photos, job numbers, and lead stages when you hover over them. You can select and copy text from answers. The Assistant can also rank your customers by lifetime value and open your email and text composer from customer cards.
On the Price Book, you can now drag services up or down to set the order your team sees everywhere. The new order saves right away and shows up in New job, quotes, invoices, and your field app. Use the grip handle to drag, or Space and arrow keys on your keyboard.
You can now change an automation's name and steps without deleting and recreating it. Open an automation, edit what you need, and save. The app prevents you from accidentally removing required emails on certain automations.
Your Automations screen now shows sent message counts over the last 30 days, who last changed each automation, and when. New tabs let you see automations in progress and view the full history of what ran. You can pause automations with one tap, duplicate them, and see detailed step-by-step results when they run.
Your office team can now see a customer's email address directly on the account page, job details, and deal information without opening the edit screen. The email appears on its own line below the phone number so it is fully visible and easy to select.
You can now create a shareable link to display your team's monthly review leaderboard on a break-room TV or any screen. The TV page shows your logo, business name, the leaderboard table, and a podium of top reviewers, refreshing every five minutes. You control the link and can turn it off anytime from the Leaderboard tab.
Your Pipeline board now has a sort button that lets you arrange every column by most recent contact, oldest contact, or back to your hand-dragged order. Cards you have never contacted sort as oldest. The sort choice stays in your browser and does not affect how other team members see the board.
The app now displays the Holtt logo, name, and favicon everywhere you see it, from the dashboard header to invoices and emails. This reflects our rebrand and gives your business a consistent look across all customer touchpoints.
The landing page at holtt.com now showcases what Holtt does with live examples of the Schedule, Customers, Pipeline, Quotes, and Reviews screens. It walks visitors through how the software helps home-service businesses grow, with a comparison of features and answers to common questions.
When someone texts your main line, location line, or rep line for the first time, it now creates a lead in your Pipeline and shows up in your Inbox as a conversation, just like a missed call does. You get a notification that links straight to the message so you can reply right away. Before this, texts to non-tracking numbers just sent a notification with no way to follow up.
When you click the Deal chip on an invoice, it now opens the deal in a window on top of your invoice instead of taking you away from it. The same works for Job and Quote chips. Your invoice stays on screen and you return to it when you close the deal.
ACH payments now show the right color in How they paid. Refunds are now subtracted from the payment method they went back to, so your collected total matches the split by method. A method that gave back more than it took shows below zero and drops out of the chart.
The Payments screen now has date and method filters to narrow what you see. A money panel shows collected, still owed, and how customers paid by method. Record a payment is now two steps: pick an invoice or deal, then enter the details. Tabs for All, Refunds, Tips, and Disputes let you focus on what matters.
When you edit or record a payment on an invoice, the dialog now shows all the payment methods your business accepts, including ACH. Before it only offered cash, check and card. You can now change a payment to any method your shop uses.
The invoice window now shows your bill on the left and details on the right, making it easier to see everything at once. You can record payments and edit or delete hand-recorded payments right in the window. The History tab shows all events on the bill and its payments, plus every email and text your customer received about it.
You can now turn on ACH as a payment method in Settings. Your team can record ACH payments in the field app and on the Payments screen, and you can change a recorded payment from card to ACH in the job details. The method shows up wherever your shop records payments.
When you edit a page you built from a template, the editor now displays your own photo instead of the template's stock image. This matches what your customers see on the live site.
Sites without a custom thank-you page now display a full confirmation page with your business name, a call button, and a three-step explanation of what happens next. Your phone number and email appear when you've added them to your settings.
When you have fewer than 25 Google reviews, the Google Profile tab now displays your rating as a word like Excellent or Great instead of a small number. At 25 or more reviews, the count returns. The empty state guides you to add a listing.
Your reviews badge now displays your rating as a word like Excellent or Great when you have fewer than 25 reviews, making your business look more established. Once you reach 25 reviews, the count appears again. The Reviews page always shows your full count.
When you keep a tab open and we deploy an update, the page no longer shows an error. It reloads itself once to get the latest version. If you tap Try again on an error, the page reloads instead of staying broken.
Email settings now open in dialogs instead of a single page. Connect your domain and it checks itself every 60 seconds, no button needed. Open and click tracking stay locked until mail goes out from your own domain, so you know when they will work.
When someone texts your business, the notification now arrives right away instead of minutes or hours later. Tapping the notification takes you to the message instead of doing nothing.
When a customer replies to a message, your crew in the field app now reliably gets the alert on their phone, even if their connection briefly drops. Before, a network hiccup could mean a technician missed the reply until they checked the app manually.
You can now book a job from the softphone or spotlight while on any screen, and the confirmation will go through. Previously, booking from outside the CRM would crash the job modal during the confirmation step, which could happen mid-call.
Call recaps from the AI now finish properly instead of cutting off mid-way. Your team will see the full recap and customer brief for every answered call.
When you add a visit to a job, the job's own date, time, and crew stay exactly as they are. The Schedule shows each visit as a separate day with its own crew. Cancelling a job cancels its open visits, but completing a job leaves them alone. This makes it clear what you booked and what you added.
Your crew can now use Yes or No questions on their job checklists, where each answer can require a photo, note, or pick from custom options. You set what each answer needs in Settings › Jobs. Photos can be undone for ten seconds if removed by mistake.
You can now credit a single review to more than one tech on your roster, and the tip splits among them. The Reputation screen is redesigned with a leaderboard showing your top techs and a separate tab for reviews waiting to be credited.
Each conversation now has its own web address so you can link to it and use your browser back and forward buttons. Quotes and invoices open in a popup over the conversation instead of taking you to a new page, and you can still open the full page in a new tab if you need to.
When you move a job to a different contact after booking it, the job's automation steps now send reminders to the new contact instead of the original one. This fixes cases where reminders kept going to a contact you had switched away from.
When a customer calls in and you answer, the pipeline card now shows you talked to them instead of showing no contact. The card stops turning red after an hour of quiet time, just like other customer touches.
You can now show or hide canceled jobs in your Schedule view with a Canceled filter chip. Your filter choices for hidden techs, hidden statuses, and unconfirmed jobs are now saved so they stay the same when you come back.
When a job is canceled or changed, the activity now shows the team member's name instead of their email address. If a team member has no name set, their email still shows as a fallback.
A job with any invoice, even a draft one, now appears under Invoiced on the Jobs screen. Jobs that truly need an invoice are only those with no invoice at all. This fixes the sorting so your completed work is organized the right way.
The text message counter in your message composer now shows what you actually send. For short messages it displays the character count. For longer messages it shows how many texts your customer gets billed for, accounting for special characters like em dashes and emojis that take up more space. The counter no longer looks like a limit.
When you accidentally drag a job to a new time on the Schedule, you can now undo it. The undo button appears in a toast for 10 seconds after the move saves. If you undo, your customer is not notified of the change. If you drag the job again before undoing, only the final move sends a notice.
When you mark a pipeline opportunity lost, you now choose a reason from your lost reasons list or enter a custom note. Lost and spam deals display with a red notice so they stand out from active opportunities. If you move a lost deal back to open, the lost reason clears.
Each line on an invoice can now carry a note, the same way quote lines do. Use it for details like apartment numbers or special instructions. The note prints under the line in smaller text on the office view, customer page, PDF and email. Your History records any note changes.
When a job has multiple visits scheduled on different days, the map now displays a separate stop for each visit on the day it's scheduled, with that visit's time, crew, and status. You'll see "Visit 2 of 3" on the card so you know which visit in the sequence you're looking at. Days between visits and canceled visits no longer clutter the map.
The job number now has a label next to it that tells you at a glance if this is a new lead or a returning customer. For new leads, you'll see where they came from, like "New lead · Google search". This helps you know how to greet them and what to expect.
Managers can now delete services from the price book without the items reappearing. When you delete a service, it stays deleted. If you try to delete something that's already gone, you'll get a clear message instead of a false success.
Text input fields now focus with a pale grey border and a subtle glow instead of the previous ink border. This makes it easier to see which field you are typing in across all screens in the app.
Riley now decides what counts as an emergency by asking one question when needed. You set up an ordered list of up to 3 people to reach. When an emergency happens, Riley cold-transfers the caller through a relay where each person gets 20 seconds to answer by pressing 1. If no one takes it, the caller leaves a voicemail and everyone on the list gets a text.
You manage this on the Emergencies tab under Phone numbers. A warning shows if you have not saved your closed hours yet.
The Inbox list no longer dims every time the app refreshes in the background. It only dims now when you switch to another tab or page, or run a search. This makes the Inbox feel snappier while you work.
The Inbox panel now has a split button for Mark done and Mark unread. The panel slides open and shut smoothly. Column scrollbars are quieter and the toggle to open the panel has no fill.
You can now track which marketing source, campaign or keyword brought in each call and text. Set up a dedicated tracking number or a pool of numbers that the app hands out to visitors. Every inbound call or text is tagged with the source and shows up on the Leads card, the customer record, the Call Log and a new By-source report.
You manage tracking numbers in Phone numbers. The source prints on the customer record and throughout the app so you know what is working.
The search box in your Inbox now widens when you tap it, just like in Quotes and Invoices. The panel toggle also lost its border for a cleaner look.
Your Inbox is now a top-level screen between Home and Leads. You get one list of customers who need a response from you, with a Needs reply badge. Mark conversations done when you are finished, and undo if you need to reopen them. Text, email, Yelp, and Google message notifications now open the Inbox so you can reply right away.
Your Review inbox's monthly count now matches what your Reputation screen shows. The inbox was counting reviews from a different time zone, which caused the numbers to disagree. Both now count from midnight in your business's time zone on the first of the month.
Your Invoices screen is now simpler to use. Open and Paid tabs replace the old status tabs. You can search invoices by number or account, sort by clicking column headers, and the screen loads faster because sorting and searching happen on the server. The command bar stays at the top while you scroll through your list.
Creating an invoice now shows your un-invoiced jobs and approved quotes in a searchable list that loads as you scroll. You pick what to bill, then fill in the bill details on a second screen. The bill-to address links to maps, and you can set a discount as a dollar amount or percentage. When you create the invoice, you get a confirmation toast.
Your Pipeline screen is rebuilt with a cleaner board layout, grey stage tracks, and cards that show the lead source and let you assign staff right from the card. Stages have custom colors and a popover menu. Dragging deals between stages now runs smoothly even on large boards, and the source filter matches exactly what the card displays. Deals you add by hand skip the one-hour alert but still flag after ten days with no contact.
A job can now span several days, each with its own crew assigned. On the Schedule, the job shows as one bar from its first day to its last, and the days between visits stay empty. In the field app, each tech sees only their own day. Photos and sign-off are grouped by visit, and the last visit closes the job and sends one review request. You can choose whether the lead tech or everyone on the job gets the review reward.
You can now edit the text of your review request messages right in Reputation › Settings instead of seeing stock wording. Changes save immediately and show in your preview. This lets you customize what customers see when you ask for reviews.
You now control the headline and sentence that appear on your review page where customers can tip your team. Edit them in the Review request card on Reputation › Settings. You can use placeholders like {{tech_name}} and {{company}} to personalize each request, or leave them blank to use defaults.
The unread count no longer appears in your browser tab title, since the notification bell already shows how many you have. The dot on the tab icon now clears properly when you mark all notifications as read instead of staying there until you navigate away.
Your owner app now has a cleaner layout with a top row for navigation, notifications, and the assistant. The assistant docks beside your page on wider screens so you can chat while you work, and floats over the page on smaller screens. Notifications open in a popover under the bell without blocking your work.
Notifications go only to staff whose roles cover them, and you control who gets push alerts for each type. The notification bell updates live as messages come in. Repeated events no longer send duplicate emails. Your settings save correctly without overwriting each other, and former employees stop receiving messages.
When a new lead comes in, your team can text them without extra steps. Before, you had to open each lead and turn on texting yourself. Now it is on by default, so you save time and can reach leads faster. If a lead asks not to be texted, that choice stays locked in.
Your Call Log now keeps track better. When you call someone back and they answer, missed calls from that number drop off the list. You can also mark a call handled if you reached them another way, like by text. This way you see only the calls that truly need your attention.
Your Pipeline cards now display the lead source at the top, like Phone call or Website, instead of repeating the card title. This makes it faster to see at a glance where each opportunity started. The card title moves below the contact name for better organization.
When you were on a phone call and moved to a different area of your site, the call would drop. That is fixed. If you try to switch to a different site while on a call, the app now asks if you want to end the call first, so you stay in control.
When you open a job and the contact has no email on file, you will see a warning mark next to their name in the Account card. This helps you catch missing contact info before you need to reach out. The New job form shows the same warning.
Your quote PDFs were printing a VIEWED badge for almost every customer download, which was confusing. Now the PDF only shows a badge for final outcomes: E-SIGNED if the customer signed, or APPROVED, DECLINED, or EXPIRED. Draft, sent, and viewed quotes print no badge.
The History tab in your job modal now displays who booked the job and the date, like Booked by Brian Smith · Sep 23 or Booked online · Sep 4. Before, you could only see this information by hovering over a tiny initials dot. This makes it much easier to track how each job came in.
When you click Call on a lead, the call now goes through your business phone system instead of your personal device. Your calls show up in your Call Log, and the person you reach sees your business number, not your personal one.
You can now undo if you accidentally remove a photo or video from a job. After you remove it, a message appears for 10 seconds with an Undo button. The remove button also no longer responds when it is hidden.
During a call, you can now minimize the call card to keep it out of your way. The Phone button turns green and shows the call timer. Tap it anytime to bring the full call card back. When the call ends, the button returns to normal.
After someone books online, they now see a confirmation page that keeps your booking flow's look and feel instead of sending them to your main website. You can pick the built-in confirmation page or send them to a custom URL of your choice. This works great if you use online booking without a full website.
Your phone system was leaving some calls marked as ringing even after the caller hung up, with no recording saved. This happened when your phone number didn't send status updates to PagesForPros. We fixed the connection and added a cleanup that marks calls as missed if they stay ringing for over an hour. You'll also see the missed call card right away.
When you use call tracking software that forwards to your PagesForPros number, both systems were creating separate cards for the same call. Now they merge into one card that shows your recording and keeps the real source, like Google My Business or Google Ads. Your call count stays accurate.
You can now drag an unassigned job onto any time slot in the Week view without picking a technician first. The job books at that day and time with no crew assigned, and you can add your crew afterward on the job itself.
After an inbound call ends, a small card appears in the bottom-right corner showing what the AI found. If there is nothing to act on, the card closes itself after 8 seconds. If there is something to do, the full report opens automatically. You can click the card anytime to see the complete details.
Your technicians now always call customers through your business number, so all calls appear in your Call Log. When masking is off, the customer's number shows as text instead of a clickable link, but the call still goes through your system.
When a customer calls, the phone screen now displays their appointment for today if they have one. You see the status, time, service, and technician name right away, so you know what they are calling about before you answer.
Inbound form submissions now display where they came from, like call cards do. A form from Google Ads shows as "Form from Google Ads" so you can see your lead sources at a glance.
Leads and calls now display their true source, like "Google Ads" or "Bing Organic", instead of the tool that brought them in. This gives you a clearer picture of which marketing channels are working.
Leads and calls now display their true source, like "Google Ads" or "Bing Organic", instead of the tool that brought them in. This gives you a clearer picture of which marketing channels are working.
You can now create custom reports from scratch or start with a template. Pick what to measure, how to organize rows and columns, and what time period or field to break it down by. Save reports as private or share them with your team. A filter bar lets you narrow any report by date, service area, job type, person, or location.
You can now add a price range to any line item, like $850 to $1,400. The quote becomes an estimate and shows the range to your customer. When you turn the estimate into a job or invoice, it locks in the low price and notes the range in the description.
When the AI answerer books a job during a call, it now appears in your Call Log right away. The answerer also stops moving pipeline cards that already have a value, and stops offering time slots in the past. It books your field crew who can actually do the service, not just whoever is logged in.
Images generated for your website no longer show other companies' logos, equipment marks, or fake product labels. They now display generic, unbranded equipment that looks professional on your site.
When you call a customer, they now hear the recording notice when they answer instead of before the call connects. Your browser also plays a ringback tone while waiting for them to pick up, so you know the call is going through even if their network is silent.
Inbound call transcripts were showing the caller's words labeled as Rep and your words as Customer. This affected what the app read from the call to decide whether to book a job and send texts, and it showed wrong labels in the call screen, call summary, recording, and call log. This is now fixed.
When you tap a customer's phone number in a payment's details panel, it now opens your softphone to call them through your business line, just like in invoices and quotes. The call lands in your Call Log so you have a record.
After an inbound call that someone answered, the AI reads the transcript. If the call settled on a day, time, service and address, it books a scheduled job and sends the confirmation. You get a bell and push notification. When the call ends, a window shows what the AI did, with links to the customer, lead and job, plus a chat box for follow-ups. The report also appears in your Call Log and the New job form warns if the customer already has an upcoming job.
Quotes now sort by who acts next on an Open tab and show Closed quotes on their own tab. Search works like in Jobs. Tap a customer or team member to see a card with their details, recent activity, and quick ways to text or email. Every date and time shows in your business time zone. Invoices open as cards over the screen.
Calls, jobs and paid invoices now create and move cards on your Pipeline. When you book a job from anywhere, it links to the customer's card and moves it to Booked. When every job is done or canceled, the card moves to Completed. If every job is canceled, the card marks Lost. This gives you one board to track every deal from start to finish.
You can no longer add custom fields by hand in the job modal. Custom fields now come only from the Job fields list in Settings. Fields your jobs already have that are not in Settings still show and can be removed. This keeps your job data consistent across the app.
The AI assistant is no longer admin-only. Managers, sales and dispatch staff can now use it on the Phone screen. Each person only sees the tools for their own areas, so nobody gets extra permissions through the assistant.
Your invoices now pull the PO number and BillBox directly from the job, so they stay up to date when you change them. The invoice detail, the Invoices list, customer pages, PDFs and QuickBooks all show the current values. You no longer need to type them twice.
The dialog that confirms removing a Zapier key now says clearly that every Zap using that key stops working. This helps you avoid removing a key by mistake.
Your Jobs table now updates in real time when appointments or invoices change. A job booked at another desk, a status change from the truck or a paid invoice shows up right away without a reload.
Your Price Book now shows all services in one clean table instead of cards. You can search faster with the command bar, and a new Duplicate button lets you quickly copy a service with all its settings. A warning at the top tells you which services have no technicians assigned.
Your printed invoices and quotes now show your business street address at the top and skip the repeated company name. You can add a custom sign-off message that prints at the bottom of both documents. Draft invoices no longer print a DRAFT label, so they look more professional.
The New and Edit account screens now use a cleaner two-column layout on desktop and a bottom sheet on your phone. Finding and adding people, addresses, and custom fields is faster with search boxes instead of pills. Each section has its own Add button so you only see what you need.
When you relink a customer account to a different QuickBooks account, the app now offers to move that customer's invoices that are already in QuickBooks to the new account. You can turn this off if you want them to stay where they are. Invoices keep their amounts and dates from QuickBooks, so any edits you made outside QuickBooks stay out.
Your invoices now push to QuickBooks as soon as you save them, whether they are drafts or sent. Before, they waited until you sent them or marked them paid. Edits to invoices keep syncing too. The job's address and your bill-to address both go to QuickBooks on every push, so QuickBooks stays in sync with what your customer sees.
Each job field in Settings now has an On the invoice switch. Turn it off to keep office-only fields like internal job numbers off the bill your customer sees. The switch is on by default. Invoices sent before you turn it off will also hide those fields when the customer views them.
When you create an invoice from a job with multiple services, the review step now shows each service as its own line instead of one combined line. The job's discount fills in automatically too. Blank invoices work the same as before.
The first field in customer forms now says Company for personal accounts and Account name for business accounts, instead of just Name. The placeholder examples help you fill it in right. This stops the office from typing a person's name into the company field by mistake.
In Phone numbers, when someone on your team has no reach set, a Manage team link now appears at the top of the Add someone dialog. You can click it to go straight to Settings and set their reach, instead of closing the dialog and finding it yourself.
You can now change which account an invoice is billed to. When you pick a new account, the contact and billing address update automatically to match that account. If a payment has already been recorded on the invoice, the account is locked and cannot be changed.
You can now set up automations that trigger when your team sends a message to a customer and reply on that same channel. Two new starter automations ship ready to use: one that stops when a customer replies or you step in, and one that sends a single follow-up nudge a day later. These work across SMS, email, Yelp, Google Local Services, and messages sent from the field app.
When you send an invoice to QuickBooks, the status now updates in real time instead of staying stuck until you reload. The modal watches for the sync to complete and shows you the moment it lands in QuickBooks.
When you preview a draft invoice from the Job modal, it now opens instead of showing an error.
Call transcripts now display as chat bubbles like text messages do, making them easier to read. The caller appears in a grey bubble on the left and your side in white on the right. Calls with audio now show an audio indicator in the duration row so you can see at a glance which calls have recordings.
Your account record now displays long addresses on a single line with an ellipsis and a maps arrow at the end instead of wrapping or breaking the layout. This keeps your account details cleaner and easier to read on your phone.
When someone calls in, you now see their phone number and any customer information attached to that number. Your scheduling tools work again instead of refusing every inbound call. Calls that came in before were missing this data and blocking your team from taking action.
When you open a customer record, the screen now shows the actual layout while it loads instead of a generic placeholder. You see the tabs, command bar, and sections right away so you know what's coming.
Your invoices now print both the billing address and service address so customers see where to send payment and where the work happened. You can edit these addresses right in the invoice, and when you create an invoice from a job, it automatically uses the job site as the service address. The discount field now lets you choose between a dollar amount or a percentage.
When you added links or formatting to text fields on your website, the text sometimes lost its color and size. This is fixed. Your formatted text now displays exactly as you styled it, whether it's service area descriptions, FAQ answers, or hero sections.
You can now add bold, italic, underlined text and links directly in most website text fields. FAQ answers, hero descriptions, service area details and other fields accept basic formatting. Plain text works as before, and any risky code is automatically removed for safety.
You can now edit the heading above your service area links on each page separately, instead of it being locked to your primary city name. The section also handles unusual data better and won't crash if something unexpected gets saved.
You can now add, remove or change the ZIP codes shown on each page without editing your service area record. You can also hide the ZIP code block entirely on specific pages. This gives you more control over what appears on each homepage or landing page.
Your ZIP code list is no longer read-only. You can now add, remove or correct ZIP codes in Settings under Service areas. Bad entries show an error right away. You can also refresh the list from the postal database whenever you need to.
Your services grid now arranges itself based on how many services you have, so cards stay a readable size instead of leaving empty space. Cards can now display your service descriptions in four different layouts: flat panels, ruled rows, photos, or split photo-and-text rows.
The speaker column now displays names properly without cutting them off, and you see a wave animation while the recording loads instead of a blank space. This makes it easier to scan who called and know the app is working on your recording.
The page footer now stays at the bottom whether you have one call or many, and caller avatars look the same across your screens. The Call Log feels more polished and easier to read.
Your website hero images now display helpful descriptions, and service area maps show only the ZIP codes that belong to each area instead of mixing in codes from other locations. Your site information displays accurately to customers.
Your calls now display in organized columns so you can scan what you need at a glance. You can filter by caller, outcome, and other details right on the screen. Click a call to see the recording, transcript, and any job or quote it created, all without leaving the log.
Notifications now have a simpler design that matches the rest of your app and sits in a better spot on your screen. The close button appears when you hover over it, and the timer still pauses if you interact with the notification.
When you visit the home page while already signed in, you now go straight to your dashboard instead of seeing the marketing pitch. You save a click and get to work faster.
The bars at the top of your screen now glide down from above instead of popping in suddenly. When they leave, they slide back up the same way. This makes the app feel more polished and natural as you move between screens.
When your internet goes down, you now see a warning about your phone line within 10 seconds instead of waiting nearly a minute. The app also stops trying to reconnect once your line is already back up, so you won't see gaps where calls might not ring through.
Your browser phone line now stays registered with our phone service even if your tab has been open for days. The app checks the connection every minute and automatically fixes it if something goes wrong. When someone calls, you see their real phone number instead of a generic one.
When we release a new version of the app, you now see a bright yellow bar across the top of your screen telling you to reload. The bar takes up the full width and pushes your page down instead of floating over it, so nothing gets hidden behind it.
Your automations now pause when a customer replies to you or when someone on your team writes a message. This stops repeated reminders from going out after the conversation has already moved forward. The automation resumes if nothing happens for a while.
Every business now gets two automations that run automatically. Quote follow-up sends reminder emails if a quote sits unsigned. Invoice reminder sends a reminder when an invoice is due and again a few days later. You can edit the messages and timing, or turn them off. Automations stop when a quote is approved or an invoice is paid.
If an invoice from an old system never made it to QuickBooks, you can now send it over with one click. This is for invoices that were brought in but skipped the normal sync. You decide whether to send it, in case it already exists in your books under a different name.
Invoices and payments now match to the right customer in QuickBooks. The system checks that an email address belongs to only one customer on your site and in your books before using it to match. You can now see which QuickBooks customer each bill was filed under, so you can spot mistakes. Dead syncs can be retried if something went wrong the first time.
Your landing page headline now pins to the top on phones so visitors always see your business name and call button while they scroll. The hero section also gets its own photo, so it does not have to share the About section's image. Links to sections like FAQ now land in the right place instead of hiding behind the header.
Your landing page now follows a proven layout that guides visitors from your name and reviews down through why you are the right choice, your service area, what you do, your process, and frequently asked questions. Forms are simpler with clearer buttons. The reviews section shows up to six verified reviews right after the hero section where visitors see them first.
The Job history card on a customer's record was rounding invoice totals to the nearest dollar and hiding the year. Now you see the exact amount, like $332.50 instead of $333, and the full date with the year.
You can now add a personal email signature that replaces the default business name sign-off on emails you send from the CRM, the field app, and when you send quotes and invoices. Your signature automatically includes your current business details no matter which business you send from.
You can now control which automatic job messages your customers receive. In Settings under Message templates, toggle Text and Email switches for each of the five job notices: booking confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, on my way, and arrived. Changes save instantly and you can see which messages are active.
Road and place labels on the Schedule map were missing in production. They now display correctly. The calendar view switcher also hides when you are viewing the map, since the map only shows one day.
You can now manually set when a job ends instead of letting it calculate from the services. In the When & who section, tick Set end time to pick an end day and time. The app checks for double-booking conflicts and prevents overlaps. You can switch back to automatic calculation anytime.
You can now create posts for Google directly from your Schedule, with a photo, text, and a call or booking button. You pick when it goes live. You can also delete any post you have published. The app shows you a preview before you post.
When you record a payment by hand on a job, you can now edit it to fix the method, amount, date, or reference. You can also delete it, and the job and customer records update automatically. Payments from Stripe stay locked.
The Who answers tab on your Phone numbers screen now shows each team member's current phone number from their Team record, not an old copy. If someone changes their phone in Team, it updates right away in the ring list.
When you remove a technician from a completed job, their review credit on the Reputation leaderboard now updates. Reviews and captures are credited to whoever is on the job now, not whoever was there when the review was asked for.
Your customer records now display where the lead came from. You can edit the lead source in the Account info card or when you create or edit a customer. This helps you track which marketing channels bring in your best jobs.
When you edit the services on a job in the Job modal, the job's block on your Schedule now resizes to match the new total time. The job keeps its start time, so your customer does not get a reschedule message.
You can now see notes your crew writes from the field app. The Tech note tab appears in the Job modal under From the crew, showing who wrote it and when. If a note gets deleted while you're viewing it, the modal switches back to the Job tab.
The Invoice tab in the Job modal now has an Edit invoice button that works on any invoice, including paid ones. You can add a tip line to a paid invoice or make other changes without switching screens. The invoice refreshes in place when you save.
The Jobs screen now displays your jobs on a board organized by stage, with counts and money totals for each. Jobs are grouped by day with crew and booking details. You can search by job number, filter by date and status, and see which jobs need scheduling. A first-run state guides you when you have no jobs yet.
When you add photos to Google Profile, you can choose to send them now or at your next open slot. Scheduled posts get a Send now button. Photos automatically move to the nearest active listing, and you see when they're scheduled for the coming week.
The Payments screen now shows what you need to do to accept cards. Before Stripe is set up, you see a clear empty state and a Record a payment button. Once Stripe is connected, the screen works as before. Stripe setup has moved to Settings.
Your Schedule now shows changes as they happen, whether a job gets booked at another desk, a crew member updates a status from the field app, or you move or cancel something. Cards open when you click them instead of hover. You can tap the service address to open it in Google Maps, or select and copy it to paste elsewhere.
Your job photos now flow automatically to Google Business Profile, and posts go out on a schedule with AI-written text. You can edit your profile, manage which photos post, and see how many calls, clicks, and directions each listing gets. Set it up per location in Settings.
Messages from Local Services ads now appear correctly on your pipeline with full conversation history. You can reply to them right from the card using text, email, or the Local Services platform, all in one place.
When you connect a Local Services account, you now pick whether to bring in only new leads or go back 7, 30, or 90 days. Leads import instantly when you save, so you see them right away instead of waiting for the next check.
Leads from Google Local Services ads now land on your pipeline as cards you can answer. Connect your Local Services account from Settings, and new leads appear in your Leads log with automations and alerts just like other sources.
When you tap the phone icon in a job, you now see a card with options to call or copy the number instead of dialing right away. On your phone, this card slides up from the bottom. The card is easier to read and gives you a moment to choose what you want to do.
The Activity feed, History blocks, and job History tabs used to print a line saying there was nothing older. That line is gone. You still see a Show older button while there is more to load.
When you book a job for a customer, it now appears on their timeline alongside quotes, invoices, payments and messages. You can see at a glance who booked the visit and when, without digging through records.
The job modal title is now a link. If the job is for a customer in your system, you can tap the title to go straight to that customer's record.
The week and day views used to show only 7am to 6pm or 7pm, and only the hours where you had something booked. Now both views show the entire day. You can book an evening job right from the Schedule without leaving to use a form, and hours stay at the same height from day to day.
When you book a new job, it now appears on your Schedule board instantly as a pending block, then updates when saved. The booking panel shows the job number, customer, service, time, and crew. You can also save discounts as a percent instead of a dollar amount, and the app remembers which way you entered it.
The Save button in the Job tab and the Book button in New job now display a loading spinner while saving, so you know the app is processing your action.
You can now enter a discount as a percent on the New job and Job screens. The app stores it as a percent and recalculates the dollar amount whenever you change the service lines. When you reopen the job, it shows the percent you entered.
When you press Book on a new job, a pending block shows up right away on your Schedule board. Once the job saves, the block updates with the full details. If the booking fails, the block disappears. You can also jump to the full Job screen from the booked panel.
When you add or remove a sign-off step on a job, it no longer saves right away. Your changes are now staged like all other edits, so you can review everything together and click Save once, or Discard if you change your mind.
When you add a custom field to a job, it now tells you it came from Settings under Job fields. This makes it clear where to go if you want to change how the field works.
Every custom field you set up in Settings now appears as its own row in the job, whether it has a value or not. You type the value right there instead of picking from a list. Fields you add only to this one job still appear below the standard ones.
You can now see jobs waiting for customer confirmation in the Day, Week, and Month views on the Schedule screen. The layout is cleaner and the job counts no longer overflow. Off-day proposals now show their full date so you know exactly when they are scheduled.
When you add a technician to a job, you can now search for their name instead of scrolling through your whole roster. The crew menu also works the same way as other menus in the app, so it feels familiar.
Jobs waiting for customer confirmation now appear at the foot of your Schedule board where they belong, instead of in the wrong spot.
When someone calls from a property manager's account or other multi-person business, the job and SMS consent are now filed under the person who actually called, not the primary contact. This means your records stay accurate and consent is tracked where it belongs.
The Accounts list now shows more on screen at once. The toolbar moved into a compact command bar so it does not scroll away. Each account displays as a single shape with cleaner columns. You see faces for the people on each account instead of numbers, and revenue appears in color when there is money to see.
You now see the complete crew who worked on each job when you open a review. Reviews are organized by whether they need credit, and you can edit the message in review emails without creating duplicates. Your old custom email templates keep working.
Your phone agenda now lists each job one time, even when multiple crew members are assigned. Jobs stay organized by day, and unassigned work now appears so you do not miss it.
The label on the Jobs account filter now matches what it actually does and what the rest of the app calls it.
You can now search for a job by typing its number like VET-10345 or 10345 into the Jobs search on web or the field app. Before, the search only looked at job titles and account names.
The Activity screen's layout has been fixed to display properly without extra visual layers. Your command bar now stays at the top of the screen as you scroll, making it easier to take action while reviewing activity.
Times now show as AM and PM throughout the app instead of switching between a/p and AM/PM. Your schedule, jobs list, and other screens now match each other, making it faster to read times at a glance.
The Payments screen can now display your complete payment history, no matter how many transactions you have. Previously, shops with large transaction histories saw only the newest 1,000 payments. Search and filters now work across your entire ledger.
Booking jobs and searching for jobs with the command bar now work correctly. A data issue was preventing bookings and causing search errors on all sites. Both features are restored.
Your Payments screen now displays all recorded payments even if you have not connected Stripe. Previously, sites without Stripe setup could not see their payment history. Your ledger is now visible whether or not Stripe is connected.
Job numbers now display your three-letter site code followed by the number, like VET-10345. This makes job numbers unique across all your jobs and prevents mix-ups when searching. Your imported job numbers are preserved where possible.
When a customer opens a quote or invoice link you sent them, that open now appears in the record's History, in the customer's History and on the Activity screen. You can see exactly when customers viewed what you sent them.
Search now tells you when results are clipped and shows the total count. A link at the bottom of each group takes you to that screen with the full filtered list so you can see all matches, not just the first five.
Fixed a crash that happened when you hovered over a customer name and then clicked a job. The page now opens the job panel without errors.
Your week grid cards now display the town where each job is located, the state written out instead of just a checkmark, and the scheduled status badge. This makes it easier to see at a glance where your jobs are and what their status is without opening the card.
You can now choose which custom fields appear on your crew's phones in the field app. Go to Settings and turn on or off the Techs see it switch next to each field name. Your office still sees all fields. This lets you hide sensitive information like bill-to details while showing your crew what they need, like PO numbers.
Your search now looks through your full database history, not just recent records. You can search for jobs and customers from months or years ago by location, name, or other details. This makes it easier to find that apartment complex job or customer you worked with long ago.
When you book a job for someone new, you can now pick where they found you from a list of sources like Google, Yelp, referral, or other. Your by-source report will count the work you get from each channel, so you know which marketing is working.
The work details dialog was opening again right after you closed it. That is fixed now.
These screens were loading your entire customer list even though you only needed a few names. Now they load customers a page at a time as you search or scroll. Your app will feel snappier, especially if you have thousands of customers.
Your Invoices screen now loads much faster, especially if you have hundreds or thousands of invoices. We changed how the app fetches invoices so it only pulls the ones you are looking at, not your entire invoice history. The summary tiles, tab counts, and search still work the same way.
Your crew can now take and upload photos at job sites without hitting size limits. Photos upload directly without going through our servers first, the same way videos do. You see them in the office app right away.
Stripe setup and your account details now live in one place in Settings › Integrations, designed to match the rest of your integrations. You can see your connection status, payout details, and connect or reconnect from one card.
When multiple jobs overlap on the same day, each one now gets its own lane on the Week view instead of hiding behind a count. You can see your whole schedule at a glance and drag jobs around without them covering each other up.
Stripe Connect setup is now in Settings › Integrations with your other integrations, instead of scattered across Payments and other screens. One place to connect, check your status, and manage your account.
Before you try to call, you now see if your browser is blocking your microphone. The Call button stays disabled until you allow it, and you get clear instructions on how to fix it in your browser settings.
Your office and crew can both add photos to a job, but the app was mixing them together. Now the field app separates them into two groups so you can see which photos came from your crew on site and which came from the office. Photos from the office are read-only on the job itself.
Your crew could still type and send messages from a job after it was marked complete, canceled, or no-show. Those messages would land on a timeline the office had already closed. Now the message composer disappears once a job is closed, though your crew can still read the full conversation thread.
Messages you sent through Yelp were showing up twice in your conversation history. This is fixed. Your imported Yelp conversations also no longer trigger new lead automations, so you won't message leads twice if you reconnect an account.
You can now build a New lead automation that only runs for leads from a specific source. For example, you can create one recipe for Yelp leads and a different one for website form leads. Set the lead source when you add a condition to the automation.
Yelp Request-a-Quote leads now appear on your Leads board and in your pipeline. You can reply to them from the CRM, and automations can reach Yelp leads even if you don't have their phone or email. Connect your Yelp business in Settings under Integrations.
The Schedule now pages through your jobs and accounts, so it loads quicker even if you have hundreds of customers. Estimates are no longer shown as tentative on the calendar.
When you connect a Google account in Reviews, you can now pick any location that account manages and add it to your site in one step. You no longer need to search for the location by hand.
The location picker on the Reviews page was displaying text in nearly invisible colors and cutting off long account names. Your account names now show fully with proper spacing, and you can hover to see the complete name if it is long.
The connected accounts count in your Reviews drawer now matches what the hub shows. You will see the same number whether you look at the hub or open the drawer.
If you manage multiple Google Business listings, you can now connect them all with a single login. After you connect the first location, you can assign the rest in one step without logging in again. Each location answers and tracks its own reviews separately.
When a review comes in but the system cannot figure out which team member handled the job, you can now credit it yourself. A new card shows unmatched reviews from the last month, and you can pick a tech from your roster or select a recent request to credit the review.
The system now matches reviews to requests more reliably by checking names more flexibly, looking at which requests your team tapped, and falling back to recent requests if no tap is found. A database issue that prevented Google reviews from reaching your CRM has been fixed, so all your reviews now sync properly.
When you preview review request messages in Settings, you now see exactly what your customers will receive, including your business name and your website address. This helps you check that everything looks right before sending review requests out.
The address field on your booking page can now suggest addresses as customers type, just like other parts of the app. Customers can pick from suggestions or type their address manually, and the field fills in street, city, state and ZIP automatically.
The map on your Schedule screen now stretches to fill available space instead of leaving white space below it. Crew member initials on the map and in other views are now clearly visible instead of blending into the background.
When you add a date and crew to an unscheduled job in the job detail screen, it now correctly marks the job as scheduled. Previously it would stay marked as unscheduled even after you assigned it.
Your app now has a single sidebar on the left with your site name, quick jump search, and all your navigation in one place. It collapses to a narrow rail when you need more space, and the setting remembers your choice. Everything is easier to find and takes up less room on your phone.
Your online booking form now works correctly with third-party form tracking services. We fixed three issues: the booking confirmation page now loads on the right domain, form submissions are recorded accurately, and customer phone numbers are captured every time. Your leads won't slip through the cracks anymore.
When you create a job from the Home screen, you can now attach photos, videos and images from your library all at once. The file limits have been removed so you can upload everything you need. After the job is booked, all your media uploads automatically.
Your crew can now see every text and email about a job in one place on the Conversation tab, organized by who sent it. Replies from customers, messages from the office and automation texts all appear together. Nothing gets lost or hidden anymore.
The Last Activity column in your Customers list now displays correctly for every customer. Completed jobs no longer appear under Upcoming. Your customer history is now accurate and sortable so you can see who you have worked with recently.
You can now change or remove a team member's photo directly from their Work details modal without leaving the screen. Click the avatar or select Edit photo to open the profile editor. Your changes save instantly while keeping any other details you were editing.
Managers, dispatchers, marketers, editors and viewers were getting stuck bouncing between login and settings. Now every role lands on Home and sees only what they need. Leads show only to roles that work with them.
Your technicians can now add, remove, re-price and discount line items on a job's bill from the truck. They can make changes whether the bill is draft, sent, part-paid or paid, right up until your office verifies the job. The office still controls when the bill locks and when the customer gets notified.
Your website can now run a booking flow where customers answer a few questions, pick a service and arrival window, and submit their info. Their request lands in your CRM as a proposed job and goes to your lead notifications. You confirm the appointment from your schedule when you are ready.
Technicians who uploaded photos the old way now appear with their picture in Team instead of initials. You can edit team member photos the same way everywhere in the app, and the technician directory updates right away.
Shared jobs now credit every tech on the crew, not just the primary tech. The leaderboard shows every technician who worked or earned in the window, so you see the full picture of who is active and how they are doing.
Owners, admins and managers in the field app can now see every job on the site and work any of them, not just their own assignments. Technicians still see only the jobs they are assigned to. The schedule title shows which jobs are yours and which belong to the crew.
When you request a sign-in code by email, we now check that your account exists before trying to send it. This stops errors that looked like outages when your email address was not found. You get a clear message instead.
When you sign in with an email code, the email now includes both the clickable link and the six digits you can type in. This works better on phones where you might be reading email on one screen and entering the code on another.
Your review count, breakdown, and Velocity card now all count the same reviews and match what you see when you filter by location. The numbers stay in sync no matter which listing you pick.
When customers get a text or email asking them to leave a review, it includes your business domain in the link and clearer formatting. The message is shorter and easier to read on a phone, with better compliance for text messaging.
Reviews is now its own page under Field Ops with a leaderboard showing your crew's performance, Google ratings, and review capture rates. You can filter by date range to see trends over the last 7 days, 30 days, month, or a custom period. Every completed job automatically asks for a review, and you can customize the messages and timing from the Reviews settings.
You can now remove a video from a job using the X button on the video tile, just like you do with photos. The X appears in the corner of the video tile and disappears once the office signs off the job.
You can now see up to five competitors per location on a new Competitors tab, with their Google ratings and a 12-month trend of their review counts. Your own reviews are organized by listing on the Reviews tab, where you can filter, reply to reviews, and set up auto-replies. The page is clearer and easier to use on your phone between jobs.
The field app now has one Add media tile that lets you pick photos or video in a single step, instead of choosing between them separately. Photos go through the photo uploader and videos upload one at a time.
Your crew can now add video to jobs directly from the field app, up to 15 minutes long. They can also pick photos from the phone gallery instead of only taking new ones with the camera, and the app now handles HEIC photos from iPhones. Manager and Dispatch roles can upload photos and video from the office too.
You can now make changes to a paid invoice without the system automatically creating a refund. This gives you more control when you need to adjust details on completed transactions.
Events now display in their own lane on the week view instead of overlapping with jobs. This makes it easier to see everything happening on your schedule at a glance.
Events now show up next to your jobs on the Schedule instead of getting buried underneath them. You can see your full day at a glance without missing anything.
The CRM now shows the real screen layout while it loads instead of a generic shimmer. You see your data appear faster and the interface feels more responsive.
The week view now adjusts column widths as you work and lets you zoom in and out without losing your place. The crew badge that was cluttering the view is gone, giving you more room to see your jobs at a glance.
When you open a customer's record, their job and invoice totals now appear instantly instead of waiting for the full list to load. You get the numbers you need right away.
The Jobs screen on Android now shows accurate counts in the filter menus. The Completed status is now called Invoiced to match what you see in the app. Filter menus now count correctly whether you are filtering by crew or by customer.
When you open the Customers or Jobs screen, the headers and controls appear right away instead of shimmering. Only the table rows shimmer while your data loads, so the screen feels snappier and more responsive.
You now get daily summaries of your Google reviews, including how many you are getting, which ones were removed, and how your review velocity compares to competitors in your area. The system can auto-reply to reviews to save you time.
Your scheduled events appear in the same Google Calendar style on both the Schedule screen and the field app your crew uses on site. Everyone sees the same view.
Invoice numbers now continue from your site's highest number. Shared phone numbers and customer messages follow the person they belong to, not the phone line.
The money tiles at the top of your Invoices screen now display rounded dollar amounts, matching what you see on your phone. Full cents still show in the invoice rows below.
The SMS composer showed a segment count that wasn't accurate once your message got longer. We took it out because you're not charged per segment anyway. The Note tab still shows when a message is staff only.
You can now set the colors and tip amounts on your review request to match your brand. You get a preview on phone and desktop before you send it out to customers.
Your Leads screen now works like an inbox. You can see and manage all your incoming leads in one place, making it easier to stay on top of new business.
You can now drag automation steps to rearrange them, and the message box grows as you type so you see what you are writing. The interface is cleaner too.
The Team screen in Settings has been rebuilt to make it simpler to add, edit, and remove crew members. Everything you need is now in one place.
Times on customer records now display in your business timezone instead of a default timezone. You can also set your timezone in Settings if it is wrong.
Automation delays now anchor to appointment times so messages send at the right moment. You can use appointment details in your messages too.
You can now add negative prices to job lines, like discounts or credits. The bill total will not go below the sum of all line prices.
You can now see and manage reviews from every Google Business Profile your company owns in one place. This makes it easier to stay on top of feedback across all your locations.
You can now record why a job fell through or was canceled, whether your crew marked it in the field app or your office canceled it from dispatch. A new report shows you these reasons so you can spot patterns and improve your process.
Your Customers screen now shows the original source that brought each customer to you, whether it was a review, your website, a phone call, or another channel. This helps you understand which marketing efforts actually bring in business.
When you invite someone to your team, they now appear only once on the Team screen instead of showing up multiple times. Team members without login access can now see if they have a pending invite.
Your profile picture now displays correctly if you don't have a custom photo. Uploading agreements and other files is now more reliable across all devices.
You can now build a quote without leaving the page you're on. The quote builder appears as a window over your current screen, making it faster to create quotes while reviewing other information.
Your message history now shows the name of whoever sent each outbound message and which job it belongs to. Before, all messages showed as sent by you, and you couldn't tell which job a message was about.
The Conversation tab in the field app has a fresh new look. It is easier to read and use while you are on the job.
You can now turn off the setting that blocks a technician's calendar when you mark time as unavailable. This gives you more flexibility in how you manage your team's schedule.
Your crew can now correct how long a job took directly from the truck instead of waiting to tell you later. This keeps your records accurate and helps you schedule better.
You can now turn on a setting that makes your team pick a job type every time they create a new job. This keeps your data consistent and makes reports more useful.
You can now offer your customers more ways to pay, including billing and bank wire transfers. This makes it easier for them to settle their invoices the way they prefer.
You can now keep certain services off the invoice your customer sees, even though they stay in your records. This is useful when you want to track costs internally without showing every detail.
You can now enter a negative amount on an Additional service charge line in a job. This lets you track easy-access discounts on the same line as upcharge items like stairs, so your quarterly reports show the true net charge without splitting it across two fields.
Unassigned jobs on the Schedule now show their color properly instead of appearing blank. The toolbar filters also no longer get cut off at the edge of the screen.
The Jobs screen now loads job data on the server instead of pulling every job to your phone at once. On a large book this cuts load time dramatically and uses far less data. You get the same 25 jobs per page, filters, and sorting you had before.
The Schedule board was dropping invoices when you had many of them linked to appointments. Now it loads them all, so your board shows the right billed or unbilled status for every job. This fixes cases where a job showed as unbilled even though you had sent an invoice.
You can now make a sign-off step not required so your crew can close a job even when it can't be answered. This helps when a step like a PO number doesn't apply or the information isn't available yet.
When you add a new customer from a job, the complete address now saves correctly instead of getting cut off.
The field app no longer shows explanatory notes about what the office sees. Your crew gets a cleaner view of job status and notes without the extra narration.
When a customer texts back in response to a message from your crew, the tech now sees that reply right in the job. Before, incoming texts had nowhere to show up, so your crew missed customer responses.
The Home screen now correctly counts and displays today's jobs based on your business location's timezone, not the server's timezone. This fixes cases where jobs were missing from the view or the wrong jobs appeared.
When you connect a custom domain like example.com, the app now also sets up www.example.com as a redirect to your main site. Visitors who type either spelling see your site instead of an error. You can switch which one is primary anytime in Settings.
When you pick up an incoming call, the connection no longer gets stuck on the connecting screen. You get through to the customer right away.
You can now attach photos while creating a new job in the Schedule screen. Pick your photos, create the appointment, and they upload automatically. If a photo fails to upload, the job stays booked and you get guidance on what to do next.
Your Jobs screen was capped at 1,000 appointments, so counts and filters were wrong if you had more. That limit is gone. You can now see and work with your entire job book no matter how many appointments you have.
You now see how many new leads you have right on the Leads icon. The count is accurate and stays in one place, so you always know what you're looking at.
Your blog archive now matches your site's design instead of showing mismatched colors and styles. You can edit how it looks to fit your brand.
Your Home screen now displays ten recent leads instead of twenty-five, so you can see the summary without scrolling. You can page through your leads with arrow buttons, and the card shows which leads you are viewing. The full lead log is still available when you need it.
When you test your lead form, those submissions are now marked as tests instead of spam. They still send you a notification so you know the form works, but they stay out of your AI screen and hide behind the spam filter. The Leads dashboard also now shows the message from each submission so you can see at a glance what came in.
The Leads screen now shows all your leads in one simple table. Spam is hidden by default so you focus on real prospects. You can unhide spam if you need to review it.
Exit Intent moves out of Settings into a new Marketing section where you can edit every word in your popup. You can customize the offer, form fields, trust message, and success message. The popup image loads while visitors browse your site, so it appears instantly when they try to leave.
Your website form now filters out spam submissions automatically. You can see all leads, including flagged ones, on the new Leads page in the app.
When you pull a report, you pick your start and end dates and your business timezone. Reports compare your chosen period to the same length before it, so you see real growth. Empty periods show a dash instead of a fake zero.
The Columns menu now displays proper checkboxes that look filled when on and empty when off. This makes it clearer which columns you are viewing without having to guess whether a missing mark means the column is hidden.
When you finish editing an invoice and close the editor, the bill now shows your changes right away. You no longer wait for the screen to refresh to see the updated lines and totals.
The day header in the week grid now shows a map icon instead of a job count. Tap it to jump straight to the map for that day, with the job count moved to a tooltip so you can still see how many jobs are scheduled.
The payment card on your job timeline no longer shows redundant information. It's simpler and easier to read.
The Mark paid button and related screens now say exactly what they do, without extra details. The dialog still asks you how the payment came in.
When you open an invoice, it now stays current while you're looking at it. Payments from customers, changes from your crew, or updates from teammates appear right away instead of requiring a refresh.
Your week view now displays job status on every block and bar, just like your day view does. You can see at a glance whether each job is pending, in progress, or done.
When you record multiple payments on one invoice, they now display with their exact time of day and stay in the right order. Before, payments recorded on the same day could jumble up, and the time shown might be off by several hours depending on your timezone.
The Job lost sheet in your crew's field app now looks and works the same way as the office version. Your team sees the same four reasons and the same layout whether they are in the office or on site.
When you click Mark as paid in the billing dialog, the button now shows that it is processing. You can see the action is underway instead of wondering if anything happened.
Ten CRM screens now load their skeleton right away instead of waiting for data. When you tap Quotes, Invoices, Payments, Phone numbers, Calls, Services, or other screens, you see the layout immediately while your data loads in the background. The app feels snappier because you are not staring at a blank screen.
When you tap the remove button on a bill line in the field app, you now see a confirmation sheet showing the line details before it comes off. This prevents accidentally deleting a line with a stray thumb tap.
When a technician marks a job as lost from the field app, the job now displays that it was lost. The job stays filed as completed since the visit happened, and the deal closes with the lost reason recorded.
Fixed a bug where editing a contact would accidentally rename it to its email address. Your contact names now stay exactly as you set them.
When you book a new job, the sign-off checklist and custom fields sections now collapse to keep the form focused. This works on every device, not just phones, so you can quickly fill in the note and notification settings without scrolling past extra sections.
Your Schedule board now uses the same words for job statuses everywhere. Jobs in transit now consistently say "On the way" instead of mixing in "En route", so you see one clear label across the app.
Your Reports can now break down deals by the kind of work you did, like "Hot tub removal" or "Demolition", pulled straight from your appointments. You get this detail without slowing down your reports.
When you bill a job, the Services section now shows the exact line items from the invoice instead of what you originally planned. The section locks to prevent accidental changes, and you can edit the bill through one clear path. This clears up confusion when your crew added work at the truck.
Fixed a bug where jobs would appear frozen in their old Pipeline stage after you marked them complete. The stage now updates right away so your board stays in sync with what you just did.
When a customer sends you a photo by text, you can now save it straight to your Media Library instead of downloading and re-uploading it. This makes it easy to use customer photos on your website or in other places without extra steps.
Your map and week grid legend now follow the Color-by setting in the toolbar, just like the calendar. Whether you color by technician, service, or service area, the map pins and legend swatches update to match. Jobs display in one consistent color across all views.
You can now hide completed jobs from your calendar view to focus on what is coming up. The jobs are still booked in your system. This clears the clutter on busy days so you can see what matters.
Your technicians can now see what your office sold before they arrive at the job. When they add items to the invoice on site, they start with what was already quoted instead of replacing it. This keeps your office and crew in sync.
Your Invoices screen now breaks down payments into individual rows instead of one total. You can see exactly when each payment came in, whether it was cash, check, or card, and refunds show up as separate negative entries. This makes it easier to track what's been paid and spot any missing payments.
Your crew can now write their own notes from the field app about what they found and fixed on a job. These notes appear in your Jobs screen but only the crew can edit them. Your office notes stay separate, so neither side accidentally overwrites the other's work.
You can now add multiple service addresses to a single customer in your Customers screen. This helps when you work for property managers or landlords who need service at different buildings. Your billing address stays the same and prints on invoices, but you can track where the truck actually goes.
Every job card on your Schedule now shows its current status: scheduled, en route, in progress, or completed. You can see the whole picture of your day without opening each appointment, whether you are looking at the day view, week view, or mobile agenda.
You can now charge for labor in fractional hours like 2.25 or 3.5 instead of whole hours only. This makes your Invoices more accurate when a job takes 45 minutes or 90 minutes. Prices round fairly so your totals match across email, PDF, and your accounting software.
You can now tag each job with a type like junk removal, demolition, or hot tub. This helps you organize and filter your work without setting up fake services. The job type appears alongside other job details and makes your schedule easier to scan.
Each lead card now shows a quiet line below the status telling you when you last reached out and how, like Called 2h ago or Texted 3d ago. This helps you remember where you left things and what to do next without opening the full record.
When you record a cash or check payment by hand, it now appears on the customer's timeline just like card payments do. Before, these payments only showed in the ledger and job history, making it look like a job was only partially paid.
You were getting reschedule notifications every time you edited a job, even if you did not change the time. This is fixed. Now you only get an alert when the appointment time actually changes.
Services can now have zero duration for things like disposal fees or per-item charges that do not take calendar time. These services show up as a visible slot on your Schedule so you can book them and see them at a glance.
You can now reopen a job you marked complete by accident. On the Jobs screen, reopen it to move it back to in-progress so your crew can finish the work.
The map pins on your Schedule now move when you navigate to different days. Before, the map stayed stuck on today while the rest of the screen moved with you.
The status label for jobs in transit now says On the way instead of En route. This shows up on your Schedule and in customer notifications.
You can now send photos and text together as picture messages from the Customers screen. When customers reply with photos, you see them in the conversation timeline. Your crew can share photos with customers before they arrive.
When you send an on-my-way message to a customer, their notification now includes your technician's photo. Customers see a face minutes before your crew shows up, building trust and reducing no-shows.
You can now open an invoice in a popup window while staying on the Jobs or Schedule screen. Your filters, scroll position, and any work in progress stay exactly where they were when you close the invoice.
The services section on a job now collapses to a single dropdown until you add a service. Once you add one, the full receipt with subtotal, discount, and total appears. This keeps the job form cleaner while you are building it.
A close button now appears in the top right of the appointment detail panel on desktop. You can tap it to dismiss the panel instead of using a keyboard shortcut.
When you are viewing a customer or deal in the CRM, you can now open booking and billing windows right there. You stay on the customer record while you complete these tasks, so you do not lose your place.
The technician name and time now stay together and wrap as a unit on small screens, while the job value stays pinned to the right. Your job list is easier to scan between appointments.
The review screen had two places to add photos but only one counted toward sign-off. We removed the duplicate section. Your crew's field app photos still satisfy the office review gate, and the checklist is the single source for photo evidence.
The Save button no longer takes up space when there is nothing to save. Visit site moved into the site picker so you have one clear place to open your site. Your header is less cluttered on phone.
The close button is gone from the job edit panel. On phone you can now drag the sheet down to close it even with unsaved changes, and a prompt asks if you want to discard edits. Cancel still cancels the job itself, so you have a safe way out.
The job status flow was clipped on phone and required horizontal scrolling to see. It now takes its own row above the tabs so you can see the full timeline of where the job stands.
On your phone, the booking modal now closes with a swipe down instead of hunting for a small X button. The sign-off checklist and custom fields fold up to keep the form shorter, so you can see the notify switch without scrolling. Your typed answers stay in the form if you swipe and reopen it.
When you edit a job on your phone, the modal now slides up from the bottom like the new job modal does, with a grab handle you can swipe down to close. The form is easier to navigate and you can dismiss it the same way you dismiss other screens in the app.
Calls forwarded to your team no longer ask the caller to press a key. If nobody answers, the call goes to your site's fallback number instead of back to the forwarder. Your team still knows it was a transfer.
Inbound calls now route more reliably to your team. Each team member gets one turn to answer, and forwarded calls include a message so callers know they are being transferred.
Hover over a technician's name in the Calls screen to see their details in a quick popup. The app matches the name to your roster and shows information when available.
Your crew can now enter both the quantity and price for each item right on the job site, without calling the office. The price comes prefilled from your catalog, so they just adjust it if the job is bigger than expected or you're giving a repeat customer a break.
When a team member answers an inbound call on a multi-person stage, the Call Log now shows who picked it up instead of leaving it blank. The app also rings team members one at a time instead of trying both their browser and phone at once, cutting wait time in half.
When you give a discount on a job, you can now choose whether to enter it as a percentage or a dollar amount, and the math updates automatically. The discount switches units on the fly, so ten percent off stays ten percent if you add or remove a service.
You'll see the same action buttons (Call, Text, Book job, New quote, New invoice) on every deal, no matter what stage it's in. On your phone, the deal opens as a sheet from the bottom. On desktop, it opens as a centered window. Either way, it's easier to find what you need.
The service rows and discount box in Jobs now align correctly without extra spacing that was pushing them out of place.
When you add or remove someone from Team Skills, they show up or disappear on your roster instantly instead of making you wait. If something goes wrong, they snap back to where they were and you get an alert.
The appointment details you see in Schedule and Jobs now display services in a receipt format, making it easier to review what was quoted or completed. The side panel collapses to give you more room to see the details.
Payment receipts now correctly show remaining balance until the invoice is fully paid. Arrival and plan-failure emails describe what actually happens instead of promises that don't apply. Tech names appear consistently throughout, and review reminders respect your texting setup.
Your office now has a complete record of every change made to a job. You can view the history panel on any job to see who made what changes and when. This helps you track edits, billing adjustments, and communications all in one place.
When you dial a customer, every phone and app your team has rings at the same time. Anyone can answer by pressing 1 on their cell. This gets your team to calls faster and makes sure no one misses a customer trying to reach you.
When a teammate forwards an incoming call to you, you now see who sent it your way. This tells you the call context right away instead of treating it like a fresh customer call.
You can now create and publish your business website even if you do not have a physical office location. This works for service businesses that operate from home or travel to customer sites.
Your crew in the field no longer sees the customer's email address when composing a message. The app sends the message to the right contact automatically, so there is nothing to retype or get wrong. This matches how the mobile app works.
You can now view and change invoice line items directly from a job in the Schedule screen without switching to Invoices. Changes save right away, and bills that have been sent to customers become read-only to protect them.
Your crew can now correct line item quantities on the field app even after a job is marked complete. Before, the only way to change a quantity was to delete and re-add the line, which stopped working once the job was done.
Your website's heading size setting now applies to service area and review section headings. Previously these sections ignored your choice and used fixed sizes. Now every heading on your site respects the size you pick in the editor.
Your website text colors now display exactly as you set them, without the app shifting them for different backgrounds. You can also control the spacing above and below headings and paragraphs throughout your site, giving you complete control over how your content looks and breathes.
The tap-for-sound button on videos now sits in the top-right corner instead of overlapping the native play controls at the bottom. Your videos are easier to control on the Schedule and other screens where you add media.
When you add an image or video to your site, you can now pick from eight aspect ratios like 16:9, square, or portrait, plus choose how it fits in the frame. Every media slot on your site now offers the same options, so your images and videos look consistent.
You can now pick a background color for your Reviews section in Website settings, and it applies to every page. Before, you had to set it separately on each page.
You can now upload MP4 and WebM video files to your media library and add them to your website pages, just like images. Videos work in the editor and on your live site.
When you book a job in the Quotes screen, you can now change the price for each service line to match what you negotiated with the customer. You can also add a discount to the whole job. Prices stay at the catalog default unless you type something different.
Record chips in the assistant panel now open their preview card when you tap them, and the sheet itself is easier to drag on a phone. Before, tapping a record did nothing, and the sheet was hard to grab. Now both work the way they should.
When you add or edit a contact on your phone, the form now slides up from the bottom as a proper sheet instead of taking over most of your screen. The form stays pinned at the top so you can always see your buttons, and the page behind it stays visible at the edge.
The Items card and payment card on a job now show the same total, so office discounts no longer create confusion on your phone. You can also apply or remove a discount right from the truck, and both the office and field app stay in sync.
When you billed a job for more or less than the catalog price, the job card showed the old number while the invoice showed the real one. Now all three places (the appointment, the Services field, and the Jobs table) show what the customer actually owes. If you added a discount, a hand-typed line, or a trip charge, you'll see the billed amount everywhere.
You can now set brand colors for your whole site in one place. The Urgency header headline is easier to edit. Mobile landing page headlines now display at the exact size you set instead of being clamped down. Unsaved changes no longer loop when you navigate away from website settings.
You can set the background and text color of your footer call-to-action band. Your choice applies to all footer styles. If you leave the colors blank, your footer keeps its brand colors and automatic contrast.
In Settings, the technician schedule horizon select now works like the other job settings. Changes stage in the save bar until you hit Save or Discard, so you won't accidentally change it without meaning to.
The job settings card was cramped on small screens, wrapping text and pushing buttons off the edge. The schedule horizon select and checklist row now stack properly on phones. Everything lines up and reads clearly at any screen size.
The details panel on your phone now behaves like a proper sheet. You can swipe it closed, tap outside to dismiss it, and the rest of the screen stays put while you're viewing a contact. Everything is more responsive and easier to use on the job.
When you edit an invoice on your phone, it now opens as a sheet you can swipe down to close instead of hunting for a close button. The sheet works the same way as other forms in the app, so it feels familiar.
Creating a new opportunity on your phone now opens as a sheet you can drag down to close. The form is easier to use and feels consistent with other screens in the app.
When you look at a day in your mobile schedule that has no jobs, you now see a clear message instead of a blank gap. This makes it obvious that the day is empty rather than looking like something is broken.
When you view a quote on your phone, it now opens as a sheet you can swipe down to close. This matches how invoices work and makes the app feel more consistent across your phone.
The message composer on the contact details screen was too wide and made your whole phone screen scroll left and right. The buttons and fields now fit properly on your screen at any size, so everything stays visible and clickable.
When you call a customer from an invoice, the call now goes through your business phone number instead of your personal cell. Your customer sees your business line, and the call shows up in your CRM. You can also text or copy the number right from the invoice.
Your forms on iPhone were zooming in and getting stuck when you tapped them, making buttons unreachable. This is fixed across the whole app, including the add member drawer, Quotes, Invoices, and the field app your crew uses on site.
The assistant panel on mobile now works like a real bottom sheet. You can drag it up and down with the handle, flick it away, and it snaps to the right height. On desktop it works exactly as before.
Adding or editing a team member on your phone now opens as a draggable bottom sheet instead of a floating box. You can drag it, swipe to close it, and the full screen is yours to work with.
Creating a new job on your phone now opens as a proper bottom sheet that you can drag and swipe away. Before it looked like a bottom sheet but was stuck in the middle of the screen with no way to dismiss it except hunting for a close button.
When you pick a service on your phone, it now opens as a full-height bottom sheet instead of a small floating card. You get more room to see and scroll through services, and you can drag or swipe to close it. The search field stays out of the way so the keyboard does not cover your choices.
You can merge contacts with different phone number formats without losing information. Phone numbers that look different but are the same now match up properly.
You can now set how many days into the future your technicians see when they check their schedule in the field app. This helps you control what jobs they know about. The default shows today only.
The assistant now sees all your customers at once instead of just a few at a time. You get accurate totals when you ask about your contacts.
When you tap an invoice on the Invoices screen or from a customer record, it now opens in a full modal instead of a narrow side panel. You can see and work with the invoice details more easily.
You can now create and manage message templates in Settings. Use them to send consistent messages to customers across your business.
Fixed two bugs that stopped invoice previews and payment links from loading correctly. Your invoices now display and send properly to customers.
When you click between Leads, Customers, Schedule, Jobs, and other CRM screens, the page now appears right away instead of waiting for data to load. You see a quick preview while the details load in the background, so you spend less time waiting between jobs.
While you are on a call with a customer in the browser softphone, you can now hand off the call to a teammate or forward it to another phone number. The customer stays on the line while you make the transfer.
You can now buy, port, and set up phone numbers without hitting a subscription gate. Your phone number setup is simpler.
Your Quick Jump cards now show the same buttons in the same places no matter what record type you are looking at. The card no longer shows internal paths or gets cut off, so everything is easier to read and tap on your phone between jobs.
Quick Jump now looks and works right whether you are on your phone or laptop. On your phone it slides a card over your list so you can see what you are about to do. On your laptop the preview pane sits beside the list so you can scan faster.
Press Command K or tap the search button to find anything in your business from one place. Search for customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, screens, settings, or other sites without hunting through menus. Do common things like booking a job or writing a quote right from the search results.
You can now see the street address for each job in a contact's history, making it easier to remember which job is which. The address appears between the technician names and any purchase order number.
Each job in a contact's history now displays the invoice amount, whether it's paid or what's owed, and any purchase order reference. Click a job to open its details right there instead of jumping to the Jobs screen.
When you map columns to custom fields during a contacts import, those field names are now automatically added to your contact settings. You no longer need to manually define them in Settings after the import finishes.
The Customers list was silently capped at 1,000 contacts, affecting searches in Leads, Schedule, Invoices, Quotes, and other screens. All your contacts now load correctly, no matter how many you have.
During a large import, you now see a progress counter and bar instead of a frozen mapping table. If the import gets interrupted, just re-upload the same file to pick up where it left off.
You can now create custom fields to track information specific to your business. Add them in Settings and they will appear in your Customers list and contact details.
You can now upload a full migration file with up to 5,000 contacts instead of 500, and the import runs in the background with a live count so you can see progress. The system checks for duplicates before importing to avoid creating the same contact twice. If your import gets interrupted, you can re-upload the same file and it will pick up where it left off.
You can now remove contacts directly from the row menu or select multiple contacts and delete them together from the selection bar.
When importing contacts with both primary and secondary phone numbers, the primary phone number no longer gets overwritten by the secondary.
When importing your contacts from a spreadsheet, you can now match columns to your custom fields. This makes it easier to bring in all your contact information exactly where it belongs.
The bars that appear while a booking form loads were showing too dark and hard to see. They now display with the right contrast so you can tell the form is loading.
When someone calls in, you now see a clear animated ring beside the Ringing status so you know the call is actively coming through. The booking form also shows a preview of its layout while it loads instead of a blank box, so you can start filling it in faster.
When you have the app open in more than one place, an incoming call used to disconnect a second after it rang. Now it stays connected so you can answer it. Your team can also use multiple devices without calls getting cut off.
If you refreshed your browser while a call was ringing in, it would hang up on the caller. Now the call stays connected so you can still pick it up.
If you try to close the tab, refresh the page, or navigate away while you are on a call, your browser will warn you first. This stops you from accidentally disconnecting a customer mid-conversation.
Clicking a caller's name now opens their record without dropping the call. You can look up their history mid-conversation and stay on the line.
The caller's name on incoming and active call cards is now a link to their full record. You no longer need to search separately to see their history and notes.
You can now set up where each team member receives calls. Incoming calls ring the people you choose, and each person picks their own phone or the web app. Your whole team stays connected without missing a call.
You and your team can now receive and answer incoming calls right in the app on your phone or computer. You do not need a separate phone line. Set up who rings for each call in your Calls settings.
You can now edit where a job actually is without canceling and rebooking. Change the street, city, state, zip, or service area right in the job details, and your map, directions, and records all update at once.
When your crew sends a message from the field app, it now goes to the address they enter in the To box instead of reverting to an old contact record. Email can go to anyone on the job. SMS stays locked to the main contact, as before.
You can now send messages with big attachments from the field app without the send failing. The app checks file size and format instantly instead of hanging or crashing.
The column headers on your Pipeline list now stay at the top as you scroll through your deals. You always know which column shows Stage, Owner, and the rest.
Your office and field crew now use the same checklist rules. If a technician tries to finish a job without answering all the required steps, the app stops them with a message showing what's still missing. This prevents jobs from reaching your office incomplete.
When you review a job in the office, you can now click any photo to see it at full size. This includes before and after photos, job photos, and checklist item photos. You get a better look at the work without leaving the review screen.
You can now change any checklist answer in the Sign-off tab before you sign off the job. Fix a checkbox, update text, add or remove photos, or upload files. Changes save right away so you can finish the job with the right information.
The checklist now shows a placeholder while it loads instead of appearing empty then popping in all at once. The panels are now white instead of dark gray, and the Add item button is easier to use. Your job details stay visible and stable while everything loads.
You can now book a re-shingle and gutter clean on the same visit as one job instead of splitting them. The invoice shows each service separately so your customer can see exactly what they're paying for. The job length and price add up correctly from all the services included.
You can now pick a different service for a job right in the Edit Job modal instead of deleting and re-booking it. When you change the service, the job length updates automatically and your schedule adjusts to fit. The crew availability updates instantly so you know who can do the new service.
The Assign to field in Edit Job now works the same way as New Job, with search and keyboard navigation. You can see which techs can do the service and bulk select your whole crew at once. The interface stays responsive even inside the modal.
The contact picker now works the same way everywhere you use it, and we removed duplicate photo uploads and clutter from the Job tab. Your screen fits more at once, and you spend less time scrolling.
When you add a new contact while editing a job, the form now opens in its own window instead of a tiny popup. You have room to fill in all the details, and your work stays safe if you click away.
Jobs now have a Sign-off tab that shows you exactly what your crew answered, uploaded, and attached. You can review everything without leaving the editing screen, and you see right away which items are still waiting on your crew.
The Sign-off tab now appears as soon as you attach a checklist to a job, instead of waiting until you save and reopen. You can see what your crew needs to complete without extra steps.
The wrap-up checklist used to show hints under each step that your office did not write. Now it shows only the step labels your office created in Settings. Your team sees a cleaner screen that matches what you actually set up.
The edit job modal now shows technician, day, time, and checklist items as proper fields instead of chips, pills, grids, and switches. Your crew finds what they need faster on the phone.
The wrap-up sheet used to stretch to the full height of the phone. Now it caps at a readable size so you can close it by dragging the handle at the top. The sheet scrolls if you need to see more, and your buttons stay in reach.
The field app used to ask for three fixed photo piles. Now it shows the exact checklist steps you set up in Settings for each job type. Your crew captures meter readings, dump tickets, or whatever else your business needs.
Your website hero can now display up to three trust badges from the platforms where your business earns reviews. Pick which ratings matter most to your customers. You can also add up to six bullet points in the hero instead of four.
You can now visit your live site from the CRM, Settings, and Blog screens using a Visit button in the header. The site switcher panel also shows a Visit button for each of your other sites, so you can preview them before switching over.
The preview now shows at the top of the header editor and displays the correct white background so you see exactly what your site visitors will see. The Desktop and Mobile toggle is now easier to click and works the same way as other controls in the app.
The selected tabs and toggle switches were hard to see on some screens. They now display with proper contrast no matter what background they sit on, so you can always tell which option is active.
When you have no recent leads, the Recent leads card now stays on your Home screen and tells you where leads come from instead of disappearing. Lead status badges also match the rest of the app for a cleaner look.
You can now set up service areas for your business on the Website screen. This option is tucked into Advanced options so it does not clutter the main settings. Use it to show customers exactly where you work.
You can now adjust headline and subheading sizes on your Website landing page to match your brand. A sticky call-to-action bar appears on mobile for easier contact. Your own review text now takes priority over synced reviews from Google and Yelp, so you control what customers see.
Screen names now match how you think about your business. Services & Pricing is now Price Book. Calls is now Call Log. Phone & Numbers is now Phone Settings. Delivery is now Field Ops. Grow is now Marketing. Website content and appearance are grouped together since you manage them as one thing. Settings moved into the main menu for easier access.
Your automations in the CRM now fire on all the triggers you set up. Before, four of them were wired but not working. Now they run when they should.
Your blog's table of contents now scrolls to the right spot on the page, even when you have a sticky header. The anchors clear the header so the section you tap shows up where you can see it.
Your announcement bar now has a centered call-to-action button and an icon option. The editor shows you a live preview of how it looks as you build it, so you can get it right before it goes live.
