Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Holtt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Holtt provides a website and customer management platform for local service businesses and the agencies that serve them. The Service includes programmatic page generation, AI content and image creation, website management tools, and customer relationship tools such as lead capture, scheduling, quotes, invoices, messaging, and integrations with third-party platforms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or other harmful content
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
- Create content that is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive

5. Connected Third-Party Services
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts, such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Yelp, or a payment or accounting provider. By connecting an account you authorize Holtt to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you confirm that you have the authority to grant that access for the business the account belongs to.
Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and the Google Ads API Terms where a Google account is connected. Holtt is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service, and may suspend or remove a connection if the provider requires it or if the connection is used in breach of these terms.
You are responsible for how you use information imported from a connected service. When you contact a lead or customer by phone, text message, or email through the Service, you must comply with all applicable laws, including consent and telemarketing rules such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and with the rules of the platform the lead came from.
6. Intellectual Property
Content generated through the Service using your business information belongs to you. However, the underlying technology, algorithms, and platform remain the property of Holtt.
You grant Holtt a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
7. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
Holtt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HOLTT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication. Holtt is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
